Warm up: Side straddle hops, old man wind mill
The thang: We completed an exercise at each of the 4 corners of the track with a mosey in between. We started with 50, then, 40, 30, 20, and finally 10 reps of curls, merkins, squats, and lbc’s.
Because we had extra time we completed partner burpees and 2 reps at a time of pull ups.
