Today was 2.23.23 so we celebrated at Ant Hill with a basketball themed beatdown.
Warm-Up with SSH, Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms
Split the PAX up into 2 groups. After each member does 15 of the required exercise, someone from the team shoots from one of the marked locations marked for 2 points or 3 points. As a group, move through the list until everyone has taken a shot. Total up the points and claim a Round 1 Champion. Repeato until you’ve about run out of time.
