FNG – Brenden Behan was named “Hercules, Hercules, Hercules” and Travis Aston was named “Samsonsite”
We partnered up today and did a ladder workout. One partner ran about 250 yards while the other did the exercise. Exercises and reps were as follows:
50 Burpees, 75 Pull-Ups, 100 Mike Tysons, 150 Sit-Ups, 200 Flutter Kicks, 200 Merkins, 150 Air Squats, 100 Leg Raises, 75 Lunges, 50 Hand-Release Merkins.
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Tupac was the 6. We named the FNGs. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
