Intro: twas a muggy humid morning and temps were into the 70s. I love the warmth but heard from a couple that the humidity zapped them. They powered thru and got it down though… some with a vest on.
The thang:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
COT: Scrooge had the 6. Talked about liking not knowing what to expect. Wasn’t sure how he was tying that into the Murph when you know what to expect. I’ll follow up w him.
I followed that up w my Sermon from the Site Q. I shared how LT Marcus Lattrell the Lone survivor of that fateful day ended up writing a book on that event and they eventually made a movie out of the book. I then went on to say if ever you think you are going thru some crud. Go watch that movie. Taking on 50-150 Taliban fighters w bullets wizzing by your head, it puts it all into perspective.
