Sweating to the oldies
Pax: Pixar, mailman, Scrooge Belding, Leftie, Alcatraz (fng), Tupac, Spotify, Tuckey, Doubtfire and Hardwood
Intro: forgot the music. Oh, what a day. Had an FNG – Hardwood who ended up w raspberries on his arms from stumphuggers.
Start on the ground and run to 50 yards
Phase 1:
Jungle gym workout
Pull ups 5
Push-ups 10
Squats 20
Phase 2:
Burpees 5
Dips 10
Step ups 20
Repeato x 2
Phase 3:
Bag toss and blocks
– 3 sets of various exercises
– 5 man makers if you missed the board, 10 squats if hit board, 15 imperial walkers if you drained it
Repeato times 3 and changing up the exercises.

– Merkins and Big boys
– plank jacks and lunges
Get into squat and hold for time. Then throw tennis balls to get your mind off pain.
