First Thursday of the month – we do the Murph. 1 Mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run.
COT – closed with the six and a prayer.
PAX – Bambi, Brute, Simmons, Tucky, Bullock, Tupac, Pixar, Sipe, Dirty, Nails, Madoff, Chop Shop, and Mole as Q.
