Warm-Up
Side straddle hops, windmills, get after it
First ½ of Workout – Blocks and Cones
Set up cones about 30 yards apart across the parking lot
Each round of exercises lasts a minute and each round of active rest lasts a minute
Going to cycle through 5 exercises, with a minute active rest jogging in between each set. Repeato. So the total time is 20 minutes.
Block curls
Klinger Kicks with a block
Thrusters
Bent Over Rows
Manmakers
2nd 1/2 of the workout
another EMOM but this time you did X # of reps of the first exercise, then finished the rest of the minute with the 2nd exercise. Changed exercises every 4ish minutes
– inchworms and calf raises
– mike tysons and squats
– Hammers and plank
