1 – 10 Diamond Merkins
2 – 20 Sit Ups
3 – Dips
4 – 40 Arm Raises (4 is 1)
5 – 50 LBCs
6 – 40 Carolina Dry Docks
7 – 30 SSH (4 is 1)
8 – 20 Merkins
9 – 10 Burpees
We went through all 9 holes then repeated and got through another 7 holes.
COT: COR, NOR, Announcements and Prayers.
