We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, tempo merkins, and windmills
We then did a workout with 4 different stations spaced out about 50 yards in between each. They were placed in a circle so we could do laps. There were 4 exercises listed at each station. The first time around we only did the first exercise on the list. The second time around, we added the second exercise, third time added the third and so on until we did 4 laps and all 4 exercises. In addition, after the completion of each lap we did burpees. Rep count was 5 x lap number (finished with 20).
