Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Weather: mid 30’s and a very mild morning
    PAX: Flush, Smails, Brita, Tuckey, Trojan, Wooderson (6), Tangled, Tupac, Gap, Hedgehog, Mulcahy, Mayor, Sipe, Beaker, Sideshow, Inhaler, Arc Flash, John Denver, Pinewood (Q)

    Circled up at 0600 for 5 CPs, credo and mission. Warmed up with SSH, merkins, burpees and a jog to the end of the parking lot and back. Then headed to the tennis courts.

    THE THING
    For each exercise PAX would run to the end of the first tennis court, do 5 reps, run back. Run to the end of the 2nd court, do 10 reps, run back. Repeat all the way to the last court and run back. Once done pick up the 6.

    Exercises were: Wide Merkins, Jump Squats, BBSU.

    After the BBSU we did simple suicides to the same lines and then finished with Burpees as the exercise but only keep it to 5 reps at each line.

    Circled back up at 0640 for CoR and NoR. Wooderson came in as the 6 expressing again how F3 entered his life when he needed it most. Announcements and then close with a prayer.
