Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Part 2 of a 2 part workout with Mt. Doom. This workout focused on Abs and Arms. We had a list of 10 exercises, 20 reps each. Work though the list at your own pace. When the tabata timer goes off, stop where you are and run to the end of the parking lot and back. Once back, resume where you left off. Repeato for the duration of the beatdown.
