Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Weather: high 60’s, slightly humid.

    PAX: Pinewood (Q), Wooderson, Gout (6), Sipe, Chop Shop

    Circled up at 0700 for the 5 CPs, credo and mission. Warmed up with merkins, SSH and very simple old man windmills. Once done we moseyed over to the ‘ol track for the thing.

    THE THANG
    Up and down the first 3 long stairs of the bleachers. In the middle do 40 squats and 40 step-ups (20 each leg). Then up and down the last 3 long stairs. Once done pax did BBSUs until everybody completed their stairs and then, as a group, did an indian run around the track back to the north side of the bleachers. Repeated this 4 times changing the ab workout at the end from BBSU, to LBC, Crunch Frogs and Am. hammers.

    Circled back up at the flag around 0740 for the CoR and NoR. Grout had the 6 and closed out in prayer.
