Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Work through list of exercises. Timer is one pair completing the sport task. One each pair has completed the task, group moves to next sport.
Sports/Tasks:
Basketball: Team makes 3 free throws
Baseball (Tennis Court): Team hits 3 balls over net
Tennis (Tennis Court): Team volleys 4-in-a-row in court (doubles court included)
Football (parking lot): Team throws ball down and sprints back (drops return to previous completion)
