Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Every man for themselves since there were only 4 of us.
    Javelin Toss – 3 minutes – distance – use driveway markers, it must rest upright to count. Everyone gets one practice toss.

    Round 3 & 4
    American Hammers
    Horsey Ups
    Hand-release Merkins
    Burpees
    Javelin Toss – 3 minutes – accuracy – have a target, whoever is closest to that goal wins

    Round 5 & 6
    Crunchy Frogs
    Jump Squats
    Diamond Merkins
    Monkey Humpers
    Discuss – distance – 3 minutes – use the small cones as a discus – farthest toss wins

    Discuss to Javelin Relay was the final event.
