3x Suicides to 10 yrd, 30 yard and 50 yard line
Between each suicide
10x/10x/10x LBC/Big Boys/Klinger Kicks
Next, 11s (1-10, 10-1)
Stump hugger at one end
Donkey kick at 25 yard line
Partner Bear Crawl around ½ of the football field (50 yard line
Total perimeter = 25 yards, 50 yards, 55 yards, 50 yards, 25 yards = 210 yards
Partner A starts to bear crawl the perimeter
Partner B, three Burpees, run full perimeter and then and catch up with Partner A
Alternate until pair has bear crawled around perimeter.
