Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

30 Reps: Freddie Mercury, Merkins, Crunchy Frog, Monkey Humpers, Super Man, then run a suicide drill on the basketball court and move onto the next set.
40 Reps: Bridge Ups, Crunches, Carolina Dry Docks, Squats, Mt. Climbers, then run a suicide drill on the basketball court and move onto the next set.
50 Reps: Calf Raises, Air Presses, Flutter Kicks, Jump Rope/SSH, 50 Count Plank, then run a suicide drill on the basketball court and repeato.
For the 6, in recognition that it is the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, it’s a time to remember those who suffer in the darkness of grief, loss, depression, pain, and struggle. Often times we want to deny or ignore these difficult times, but it’s important to pay attention and seek what God has for us to learn even in times of darkness during the dark night of the soul. Closed with the following poem by Wendell Berry
