Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warmup. Jumping Jax, Chain Breaker, Burpees
    The Grind 7 cones play rock paper scissors and winner picks the exercise at every cone. In between we did 1 minute of arms, legs, abs and running, then the Grind then 2 minutes of each exercise then Grind.
    Bands at the end
    COT: six was Mr Rogers. Announcements and Prayer.
