Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

We toured The Fuse.
1. Mosey around the school building stopping for exercises like Merkins, Dips, Derkins, Jump Squats, Lunges, Burpees, Calf Raises, Diamond Merkins, Twist Lunges, slides and Broad Jumps in the parking spaces, etc.
2. Tennis Courts: Merkins at every successive court sideline (5, 10, 15…), return to do 10 monkey crunchers on original line.

4. Worked back from one endzone to the other. A catch was 10 Merkins advancing to the point of the completion. Incompletion was 10 Burpees and return to line of scrimmage. We made it the whole way with no drops.
