Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
Week 3 of IPC – Oasis Edition
Round 1 – 10 merkins, 15 thrusters, 20 merkins, 25 thrusters, 30 merkins, run a 400 m loop
Round 2 – 10 thrusters, 15 V-ups, 20 thrusters, 25 v-ups, 30 thrusters, run a 400 m loop
Round 3 – 10 V-ups, 15 jungle boi squats, 20 v-ups, 25 jungle boi squats, 30 v-ups, run a 400 m loop
Round 4 – 10 jungle boi squats, 15 manmakers, 20 jungle boi squats, 25 manmakers, 30 jungle boi squats, run a 400 m loop
Round 5 – 10 manmakers, 15 merkins, 20 manmakers, 25 merkins, 30 manmakers, run a 400 m loop
Complete all 5 rounds for Time.
