SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang
– PAX 1 transports the Rucksacks anyway he wants to the last parking space, drops it off, and moseys back to PAX 2. PAX 2 then moseys down to the Rucksacks, transports it back to the starting line anyway he wants, and leaves it there. PAX 1 picks up the Rucksacks and transports it back.
While the Rucksacks are being transported, work is being done at the starting line. Cumulative count of the following:
– 50 Aussie Burpees
– 100 Merkins
– 150 LT Dans
– 200 klinger kicks 2:1
– 250 squats
– When finished with the work, take a lap around the big loop.
– Al Gore to the 6
– Pax knocked this out, no problem
After all finished, we put the Rucksacks to the side and switched to Ab Tower
