Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
First Station – NO Blocks
Load up the wheelbarrow with all the blocks. Timer is someone taking the wheelbarrow down to the end of the crayons and back.

Game – bowling relay – take mini basketball and try and knock down the cone. If successful, move the cone and try again. If you fail 10 air presses and try again. Down to the end of the road.
Second Station – BLOCKS
Ladder with 10 curls and 5 overhead presses
Farmer Carry and Repeat Rotation
Ladder with lunges and squats
Game – disc relay. Toss a glow in the dark disc through the ladder golf stand. If successful, move along. If not, 10 squats, try again.
