Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Today’s beat down included 5 stations spread out around the edge of the park. Pax moseyed to each station and performed 10 reps of the exercise, with stations focusing on core exercises, squat variations, Merkin variations, traversal exercises, and monkey humper/pickle pounders.
After each round, Pax joined in the center of the park for bat wings, then plank holds while saying the alphabet backwards around the circle, another round counting up by 19’s, and a final round of squat holding for 100 count around the circle.
Pax Did 4.5 rounds before the end of the beat down.
This was the Q’s first non-swampball Q, and it was an honor to lead this group of me.
