Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang –
We began with lunging from the parking lot to the second lamp post. Once warmed up, we set up a standard hula hoop with three staged cones. Utilizing 2ea. fitness dice, and the premise of penalties (3times multiplier at closest cone, 2times at middle, and face value at furtherest cone), each PAX attempted to place the die inside the hoop or each member had to complete the appropriate exercise for the reps determined as noted above. After completing one full rotation, we performed T-Bag-Twist from parking lot to second lamppost and back. After the second round, we Lunged down and T-Bag-Twist back. We then completed a third round to complete the workout. FUN WAS HAD BY ALL!
COT- Sending prayers of healing to Bluto, Trojan and all the other PAX. Prayers for Precious’ wife with her illness and for a healthy pregnancy. Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. Prayer for those traveling during the holiday season. To keep our eyes open for opportunities to touch and influence those who are lost, lonely or looking for meaning. Remember our behavior and kindness can do wonders to change the world.
