Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Created a circuit around the Oasis completed some exercises with a partner, some OYO, some in circle count all with 49 reps
RD 1 – SSH, Circle merkins, partner lunges, Partner plank (sprint to crayons and back) Burt Reynolds (RIGHT SIDE ONLY)
RD 2 – Cross Country skier, partner merkins, Circle Al Gore Squats. Partner plank (sprint to crayons and back) Burt Reynolds (LEFT SIDE ONLY)
RD 3 – Line jumps, OYO squats, walk to playground for partner dips, Partner plank (sprint to crayons and back), OYO Air Presses.
Returned to Lot for a little reflection about our worries and how they are tiny compared to those we love and are loved by.
