Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Cool morning. Waited on the Q Smails who pulled a Mather, found out later he woke up at 8 am.
    Did a block workout unfortunately, if it wasnt called out that way we would have choose other exercise options.

    10 Block/weight swings
    Run the end of the parking lot, run backwards to start.
    10 Shoulder press
    10 Block/weight Vertical presses
    10 Single hand pulls (5 each arm)

    10 Man makers
    10 Block/weight squats (4 count)
    10 Block pulls (pull towards abs, hold 3 secs, elbows tight to body)
    Run the end of the parking lot, run backwards to start.
