Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    PAX (7): Red; A-aron; Mayor; Tupac; Cobra Commander; Prime; Trojan (Q)

    Warmup:
    20 SSHs in cadence
    10 Windmills in cadence

    Thang: Pax moseyed to the football field to complete 2 rounds of 11s from sideline to sideline. Round 1- Merkins on one end, Squats on the other…Round 2- Plank Jack/Shoulder Tap (2 is 1) on one end, Lt. Dans on the other. Moseyed to the basketball court. Court was laid out with two cones at 1/3 and 2/3 points of the court. Pax were instructed to run to the first cone and complete 20 reps of PT then run back to start. Run to second cone and complete 15 reps then back to start. Run to opposite baseline and complete 10 reps then back. Pax completed 3 rounds. Round 1 = Big Boy situps; Round 2 = Klinger Kicks (2 is 1); Round 3 = Ab Bridge w/ 3 second hold.

    CoT: Prime was the 6 and spoke about his time spent serving in the Army in Virginia. Spoke about missing his time with us here. Pax expressed our gratitude for his service. Reminder about the Pub Ruck coming up in Ann Arbor. Prayers for A-aron and his family for the loss of his sister; for those serving our country; for the wife of Trojan’s friend who is a medical volunteer in Gaza.
