    Workout:
    Tippy Toe Tabata – VQ
    Warmup in cadence Toe Touches, Abe Vagodas, Grass Grabbers
    Run to the stop sign and to the shelter house

    Tabata setup:
    20 Seconds on, 10 Seconds off for 8 sets and then change exercise after 20 second break between rounds
    Front Kicks (higher than 45 degrees) AKA Battemet. Switching legs between sets. Knees face the sky and keep torso straight up and down
    Bear Hold
    2nd Position Deep Squats (like a monkey humper but legs farther apart)
    Nipple Scrapper Merkins
    Side Kicks (higher than 45 degrees) AKA Battemet. Switch legs between sets. Knees face the sky and keep torso straight up and down
    Low Plank
    Grand Rond De Jambe (Stand on one leg and point your other leg at 90 degrees or higher. Take leg and move to the side, and then the back in a controlled way) Knee faces up to the sky for the front and side position. When leg moves towards the back, really use hips to make sure that you A. don’t lose balance and B. keep torso up and down.
