We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, Abe vigodas, and Michael Phelps. We then did a trivia themed exercise where I asked questions about the movie talladega nights. Pax took turns answering questions (feedback from others was allowed). If their answer was correct, they chose the exercise (10 reps). If the answer was incorrect, we did 10 burpees. We also found out that ChatGPT is not always accurate (still questioning the panther tattoo)
