Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.. Thank you Lt Murphy and all that have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Beatdown began with a 1 mile run in the snow and through the snow.. PAX then completed 100 pullups, 200 Merkins and 300 squats.. Because of some hard stops, the count-o-rama, name-o-Rama and COT was conducted at 6:00 am with understanding that beatdown continues.. Nice adaptability by the group!
We continued with the rest of the exercises and finished with the last mile run.. Many PAX encouraged and returned for sixes to show support.. Outstanding leadership by all!
Raven finished up after the run, true commitment, he would not be denied.
Mike Lagger braved the elements and drove through the weather.. Special kudos to him.. it was an honor to post with him and all others. WELL DONE MEN
