Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

Another take on a concept I had been working on called 4×4’s (4 reps of 4 workouts). They first debuted 3 weeks ago on a very rainy and windy morning. After that morn, YHC learned a great deal on the usage of tiny plastic ball pit balls…they need containers or they will blow across your AO like a tumbleweed in Arizona.

Weather was much better this time. No Rain, mild upper 30’s, no wind, awesome view of the Maumee River.
    Game TIme!
Split the PAX into 2 groups. Stationed 2 milk crates at different elevations of the steps at the Wall.
Brought two empty containers down to bottom. The goal was to fill your teams container first. You had to complete a 4 X 4 for that round and then run to one of the two locations with the milk crates full of balls. If you chose the higher elevation and longer run distance you could take two balls. If you chose the shorter elevation and shorter run distance you could bring back one ball.
    PAX got through 4 rounds.
Round One – Burpees, V-up’s, Plank Jacks, Kick Throughs
Round Two – Prayer Squats, Bonnie Blaire (2 is 1), Box Jump, Side Lunge (2 is 1)
Round Three – Mountain CLimber (2 is 1), HRM, Peter Parker (2 is 1), Plank Up/Down
    Round Four – 4 X 10 reps – Flutter Kicks (2 is 1), Leg Lift, Hello Dolly, Bicycles (2 is 1)

NOR, COR, COT – Prayers for our brothers or their families fighting physical or emotional sicknesses.

Always an Honor, Always a Pleasure

**Moleskin – On the exit out Woodstock shared his watched clocked over 2.5 miles. That is a lot of step and ramp distance at the Wall. Maybe the distances were too much? But the competition brought a little push to some of the PAX. I think we will try Wall-e-Ball again 🙂
