RUN DOWN

Cirlced up at 0530 for the 5 core principles and the credo. Did a quick count off and then we ran.
THE THANG
We ran straight down the red (no loop) to the purple then left onto the blue and onto the boardwalk. From there we went through the bridge and to the top of the hill and then back the same way we came. Trojan looped the parking lot while Sipe left us all in his dust and made it to Corey Rd. and back. We were anywhere from 4.5-5 miles.
Ended with the COR and NOR. Announcement for the Summer Challenge and July 10 CSAUP. Prayers for Kelly (Nougat’s M’s cousin), Rocketman, and the gentleman we saw at 0530 who looked like he needed it.
