Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang – Run from Five Lakes Church to Burger King and back, adjusting if/as needed.
COT – Prayers of thanks to the troops and first responders that give us the freedom and security to gather and exercise without fear and with security. Prayers for those PAX healing from injury and those looking for motivation to get back out. Prayers for Bambi’s coworker through the healing process and for Mayor’s mother and her travel group for safety and enjoyment throughout the travel process.
