   Workout- Nougat w/ a twist

   I had to rework my planned workout due to cold and ice. We stayed at the entrance way of University Hall at Moon Tower. Once I made a new workout the night before I realized it resembled a Nougat workout so I had to make a slight change(twist)

   6 total dudes circled up and one would either run a big loop, run a small loop with some burpees or do 10 burpees while the other 5 would do an exercise. The twist was the person running would call the exercise the other 5 would do. So that PAX had to be careful not to pick an exercise not too horrible that he’d get some hate for! At COT we ea had a turn to share with the group a short description of their kids/grandkids and ages. JD and Riggins tied for the lead of 3 but JD will pull ahead once his Adopted Daughter arrives. I was the lone grandpa.

   All 6 enjoyed a cup of Joe at Sip
