The Thang: The PAX went through four rounds of exercises. Each round consisted of a Merkin variation to exhaustion, followed by a core, then leg workout. After each round the PAX to a modified lap around the parking lot.
Always an honor to lead the men of F3. Shout out to our 6 Ticket. Good words of encouragement on bringing guys back in after they’ve been out for a bit. Give them love and get them out!
