Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

We had 4 for our Mule Camp Beatdown. Credit to the Big Ten football game of the day and the weather getting a wee bit more chilly the attendance dropped a bit. instead of being discouraged we knocked out a rotation of stair and track work 40 reps increasing from x10, x15, and x20’s in between. There was no R&R included in this beatdown but the volume of the tunes where tweaked. keeping Biff in our thoughts and prayers as he travels abroad, cemented a desire to trust in plans set in place for us by a higher power much larger than ourselves, and exceptional fellowship during and post beatdown made for a very enjoyable Saturday morning. Thanks for making the trek north and visiting “pinewood” thankful for you sharing what F3 means to you.
