   Various cadence work around the park
   Started around the flagpole in the middle
   8 Merkins

   Run to the road across from the zoo
   8 Monkey Humpers
   8 Bear Squats
   Repeato
   Run to the entrance near parking lot
   8 Klingerkicks
   8 Rosalitas
   Repeato X2
   Run to the benches by the water
   There are 15 benches along the water and nearly as many trees
   5 Dips at each bench
   5 Absolutions at each tree
   Hold plank or Al Gore when done
   Run to Gazebo
   8 LBCs
   8 Superman Pull-Backs
   Repeato X2
   Run to the steps by the water
   5 Merkins at top of steps
   Take steps to the bottom
   5 Bonnie Blairs (2:1) at the bottom
   Run to next flight

   At this point we had two more flights of stairs to go but needed to run back to the flag for COT

   Bushwood Beatdown
   QIC: Cobra Commander
   Pax: T-Rex, Van Halen, Cogsworth and Cobra Commander
   The thang: There were only T-Rex and I who HC’d for the BD, so we decided to do a Ruck instead around Ottawa Park instead. Van Halen showed up Early and so did Cogs, fortunately T-Rex and I had Extra Ruck Sacks. We went on a 2.5 mile trek around the park.
   Grateful to have a 2nd F chat and coffee speaking to Van Halen and encouraging him in life. Grateful for the pax and being men that we more than face value but of depth.
