Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang: we did Lucky 7’s workout with these exercises: merkins, squats, LBCs, Mike Tyson’s, jump squats, crunchy frogs, SSH, air presses, American hammers. Then we had an intermission of bear crawls, high knees, butt kicks, karaoke and returned to Lucky 7’s: burpees, LT Dans, big boys. We finished off with Route 66.
