Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Warm-up
20 SSH
15 Windmills
20 Merkins
Jog around wildcat and back
Started out with 3 of us for the following:
(Starting at bottom of the hill)
Man 1 – Throws 60lb sandbag and does burpee all the way to top of hill.
Man 2 – Bear crawls and does 5 merkins at every cone (cones spread roughly 10 yards apart to top of hill,
Man 3 – Suicides on hill.
Rotated through so every man got a chance to do each exercise.
Agassi joined us a bit late but still plenty of work to be done.
We split into 2 teams of 2 at bottom of hill.
Took turns tossing a sandbag up the hill, while the partner burpeed, all the way up. Ran back to the bottom of the hill.
Next:
Man 1 planked
Man 2 did 25 drop squats and ran to the creek and back.
Switched exercises.
Repeato.
Cool down run to top of hill and back.
We did indian bear crawl and pulled sandbag through our legs to top of the hill.
Cool down run to top of hill and back.
Lastly we did 10 merkins
Ran to pull up bar, did 10 pull-ups
Ran back to bottom of hill did 8 merkins
back to pull-up bar and did 8 pull-ups
6 merkins and 6 pull-ups.
Circled up for the COT. Prayers for Pax racing and prayers of thanks.
