Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Partners
    10 side-to-side groundball rolls each
    Gets by or fumbled: 5 burpees
    End of perfect set: 20 SSH
    End of imperfect set: 20 merkins

    Throwing/Catching
    One day of partners throws/ runs length of courts while others do the exercise.
    Round 1: Merkins
    Round 2: Squat Jumps
    Round 3: Klinger Kicks
    Round 4: Big Bois
    Round 5: Supermen
    Round 6: Mike Tysons
    Dropped Throw: 5 Burpees for whole team

    Batting
    Each batter gets 3 pitches
    Strike/Foul/Ball: 5 Burpees
    Single (in-play): 15 Squats
    Double (lands over backcourt): 15 Merkins
    Homer (over net): 15 SSH

    Many dingers were hit.
    Fun was had.
