    Always free

    Led by members of the group in a rotating fashion

    Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    Credo: leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him

    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, Abe Vigodas, and chain breakers

    We then performed a workout with 4 different stations around the track. Each station had 4 different exercises. First lap around we only did the first exercise, and we added 1 each lap until we did all 4 on the 4th lap. Rep count was 10 reps per exercise.

    The station were:

    1. Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Mike Tysons, Peter Parkers

    2. LBC’s, Gas Pumps, X factors, crunchy frogs

    3. Burpees (started with 5 reps, added 5 each lap)

    4. Squats, lunges, hip thrusts. Calf raises

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
