FUNDAY AT FAITH HILL
Weather: No rain, mid 60’s but humid
PAX: Tuckey, Mayor, Trinity, Smails, Spotify, Trojan (6), Tupac, Mole, honeymoon, Koresh, Hedgehog, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0530 for the 5 CPs, credo and mission. Warmed up with some merkins and simple OMWM (old man windmills) and a mosey from the flag, down the parking lot, around the wildcat and back up to the flag.
THE THING:
Partnered up for a simple station workout. The timer was the sled w/ 140lbs on it, being pushed the same route as we just ran (down the hill, up around the wildcat and then back up the hill). When the pusher was tired, his partner took over and started pushing while the tired pusher stopped and did 2 burpees and then caught back up to the sled and waited for their turn again. Once back everybody rotated to the next station. – easy
Stations (each pax did the following OYO while waiting):
1. 40x Abyss Merkins, 40x Freddy Mercury
2. 40x Squats, Bear crawl 15yds and back
3. 40x Curls, 40x OHP
4. 40x Block Presses (bench press), Mosey + 5x pullups and back
5. 40x Mtn Climbers, 40 SSH
Closed up after 3 rounds with the CoR and NoR. Trojan had the 6 and we closed out in prayer.
