Most well-planned Q went south pretty quick like gas prices in March 2020 as I left my phone at home with the playlist that was the basis of the beatdown. As panic set in I noticed that PAX were gathering on the blacktop in numbers I was not expecting. Thankfully Brute (Nantan III) did hid Mariano Rivera imitation and allowed me the use of his phone. With that crisis averted, like JAY Z I was on to the next one as my planned workout could not accommodate this cast of thousands. I went full OMAHA ( also the name of either my first album or novel) with the Q. As a 6th grade teacher I get paid to think on my feet so we found partners for a a DORA workout and did various calisthenics, did some holds and ended w/ Burt Reynolds. Oddly enough this group and my class have about the same level of maturity.
Wrapped it up with NoR, CoR, 6 from a svelte Bullock, prayers for Bluto, Floppy, fam friends of Goose who lost a parent, and a focus on Mentoring.
