PAX – Tidwell, John Denver, Splinter, Trinity, Rubble, TuPac, Bunker, Ghost Pepper, Cobra Commander, Chef Boyardee, Brute, Smails (Q).
Weather perfect, no dew in the grass Indian run warm up, run down the hill 10 burpees, bear crawl up the hill 1 LT Dan went well a little crying but that is good to hear. At about 7 Lt Dan’s the burpees really seem easy we picked up the 6 circled up SSH x 25 split to 2 groups 10 pull ups while the other ran down the blacktop and did curb marking 10 right 10 left ran up for pulls two rounds. 20 more SSH 25 klinger kicks (because we miss him) and imperial walkers. Rubble was the 6 community and accountability are key to our good lives.
