Warm up
SSH/Old man WM/60 sec plank/20merkins/5 imperial squat walkers
Da Thang
4 sets of cones 10yards apart, exercise at each cone (10yds) with work in between. Reps start with 20 next 15, 10, 5 =50 for each exercise. After your final 5 run down hill or 200yds 5 burpees run back up hill 5 pull ups. Move back to start for next exercise and movement. No Subscription was based on no music subscription so once we hit a commercial we did SSH until commercial was done approx 2 min. Mix this in with a timer at least twice during exercise.
