Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Three different rounds of exercises. Round 1 was 20 reps. Round 2 was 40 reps. Round 3 was 60 reps. After completing each round, we ran the hill before moving onto the next round.
Round 1. 20 Reps – Situation Squats, Merkins, Crunchy Frog, Leut. Dan, Super Man. Run Hill
Round 2. 40 Reps – Hamstring Press, Crunches, X-Factors, Speed Skaters, Mt. Climbers. Run Hill
Round 3. 60 Reps – Calf Raises, Flutter Kicks, Bridge Ups, Jump Rope, Plank. Run Hill
