Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    It was Mr. Rogers 43rd birthday. Started with 43 side straddle hop for warmup, followed by some old-man windmill and Michael Phelps before doing 43 merkins to start things off.

    The format of the beatdown was to do 20 of an exercise. Run 50 yards. Do 3 burpees. Run back. And then do 20 more of the same exercise. Add the 20 reps + 3 burpees + 20 reps and you get 43 each round. After we finished the list of exercise one time through we ran .43 of a mile. Then repeato until time was up.
