Thanks for the 12 men that joined me for a loaded 44 birthday beat down. 44 exercises 44 reps of each and we had 4 stages. And we’re challenged you versus you get as far as you can get but a bare minimum of stage three entry. It was a little rainy and windy, but we didn’t care. We got it done. We stayed warm.
