Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
Warm-Up – SSH, windmills, chain breakers, gummy worms, lap around the building
First ½ of Workout – BLOCK
Run through 5 rounds of each exercise, 1 minute of all out to end, another minute of rest. 5 minutes for each set
Set of exercises
Curls – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
Toe touches after you finish until the minute is up
Goblet Squats – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
Air press after you finish until the minute is up
Bent Over Rows – 20, 15, 10, all out, active rest
Side Lunges after you finish until the minute is up
Mozie around the building
Monkey Humpers – 20, 25, 30
Overhead Press – 20. 25. 30
Plank on your block – 30, 45, 60
