Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Four additional members joined me for a 11s beat down titled switch

    We started with some monkey humor variations. For warm-up side, start to hops along with down three up on squats and Merkins.

    We had three levels of running spaced about 60 feet apart.

    Squats/calf raises/ 30 ft run
    Merkins/mnt climbers 60 ft run
    J Los/ Plank Saws / 90 ft run
    Spider monkey humper/Gorilla Humper/ side shuffle 60 ft
