PAX – (Link, Springs, Bullock, Cousteau, Ticket, Jeter, Dauber, Mr. Belding, Froman, Zebra, Pee-Tee, Greenpeace, The Oven, Hedgehog, KITTY WAS ALSO THERE (I couldn’t forget him since we ran together for almost 4 miles)
F3 core principals
The Thang:
PAX ran in small groups at their own pace. Distances ranges from 3.00 – 3.75 miles.
When we started this Friday morning run in late winter we could barely get 2 or 3 PAX to show up. Now we have 10-15 on a regular basis. Guys that could barely walk a mile are now running 3. These HIM’s inspire every day! This is the #1 reason I keep showing up! F3 is an amazing brotherhood.
Countorama, Nameorama, meet the 6 (Jeter), prayer intentions
